ACCOMMODATION
Headed to Brakrock? You’ve got options. Camp at 'Camp Brak,' park your RV at 'Camper Brak,' or stay in nearby towns like Duffel, Mechelen, or Lier, with easy access via transit, bike, Uber, or taxi.
Camping in the fields
Camp Brak is the official campsite of Brakrock
It’s situated in the heart of the countryside and not too far from the festival grounds. The surroundings are very attractive, with good cycling and walking opportunities, and plenty of relaxation. The campsite is rather basic but still enjoyable. We offer great comfort and free facilities within walking distance of the festival. Toilets, showers, and washing points are free to use. You cannot pay with festival tokens at the breakfast bar.
Info Ticket
A camping ticket is valid from Friday, August 2, 2025, until Sunday, August 4, 2025. The price is always per person, not per tent. So if you sleep with two people in one tent, you need to buy two camping tickets.
The camping will open at 10 AM on Friday, August 1, 2025, and close at 2 PM on Sunday, August 3, 2025.
Camp Brak gives you access to the campsite without your car or camper. You cannot park your car at the campsite but can use the parking areas near the Duffel railway station or other parking spots nearby.
How to get there
Your point of arrival with the train or coach is the Duffel railway station (Stationsstraat 40), 2570 Duffel. Walk and follow the road signs to Kruisstraat 74, Duffel. It will take about 10 minutes. A friendly reminder: this camping area is only accessible for tents. There are good train and coach connections to the Duffel railway station. Load in/out zone is at the railway station of Duffel or one of the parking areas. Not in front of the camping.
The address for the camping car camping is 69 A. Stocketlaan, Duffel. This free parking is only for camping visitors. Please note, there is a limited clearance height. Only cars up to 2 meters can pass through. Walk to the entrance of the campsite. Follow the signs or enter 74 Kruisstraat in your GPS.
Do's And Donuts
- No glass, bonfires, barbecues, party tents, or loud music are allowed at the campsite. Please throw your waste in the bins and dispose of your garbage bag in the container afterwards.
- You are our garbage team! Our festival runs on volunteers. We need you to keep the area clean. This is just a small effort from your side, but it means the world to the community. Please throw your waste in the bins and dispose of your garbage bag in the container afterwards.
- We want you to party hard at the festival. You need your rest, and that’s why we try to keep the camping as a true rest zone. Please respect the environment and the sleep of your neighbors.
- We love animals, so don’t bring them to the campsite. Service dogs are welcome, of course.
- Brakrock puts in a great effort to make the camping accessible to the disabled. We have paid a lot of attention to the accessibility of the camping and its surroundings. There will be an accessible and less crowded entrance for visitors with a disability. One person is allowed to accompany them through this entrance.
- Please don’t bring large amounts of alcohol with you. Come to the festival and drink with us. The camping is a retreat zone.
- Cigarette filters have a significant environmental impact, and not in a good way. This non-biodegradable waste from single-use plastics can release harmful chemicals into the environment. Products like cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and e-cigarettes also contribute to plastic pollution. Cigarette filters contain microplastics and make up the second-highest form of plastic pollution worldwide. There is also no evidence that filters have any proven health benefits.
- You cannot pay with festival tokens or with your festival payment option at the campsite.
Facilities
- There are no luggage lockers at the campsite, but they are available at the festival.
- Free earplugs are available at the festival’s box office. Get them at the festival if your neighbor is snoring too loudly.
- There will be electricity (only) to charge your smartphone or electric device.
Camper Brak
Camper Brak is the official Brakrock campsite for campers. We're exploring options for an RV campsite. Right now, camper tickets are limited and available exclusively in small quantities.

Your point of arrival is the camper area. Address: Kruisstraat 74, 2570 Duffel.
Other camper options
There are plenty of other options in the surrounding area:
The province of Antwerp supports camper tourism, which is more popular than ever. These camper places are close by, but we advise taking a bike and cycling to the festival from Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Lier, Rumst, and Mechelen. It’s only a short ride. It’s also possible to bike from Antwerp. It will take you around 45 minutes. Another option is to take the train from here.
- The closest camper spaces are behind the town hall and at the parking ‘t Grom in Sint-Katelijne-Waver.
- Another close camper space can be found at the parking of Brasserie 3Ri4en in Rumst.
- The city of Lier is only a few km away from the festival area. Here you could stay overnight at the parking of CultuurCentrum De Mol. Another option in Lier is at the parking of Fort Koningshooikt in Lier (Koningshooikt).
- The historical city of Mechelen also has a camper space to offer.
- Also relatively close is the City Camping for campers in Antwerp.
- Another option in Antwerp is Camperpark Vogelzang.
For free overnight stays with a caravan or camper, there are possibilities in Belgium. If there is no prohibition sign, you are allowed to stay overnight in a parking lot or along the street for one night. You can stay for a maximum of 24 hours, and it is important not to obstruct traffic. If you want to stay at a place for more than one night, you need permission from the local authorities. The same rule applies here: don’t take up too much space. Keep your camping gear inside the camper. Flanders, the coast, and some other places are exceptions to this rule – you are not allowed to stay overnight freely there.
If you want to stay overnight with a camper on private property, you need to ask the owner for permission and be mindful that you are on their property. The numerous camper sites in Belgium are a good alternative. Many of these places even allow free overnight stays. Some have sanitary facilities, and there is often a dump station for your chemical toilet.
