Our merch isn't mass-produced, so all purchases are final. We don't offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If the fit isn't right, that's a different story. Send the item back within 14 days, unworn and unwashed, and we'll try to exchange it for another size if we still have it in stock.

• Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.

We're a punk rock festival, not a giant warehouse. That means every order is packed by real humans who'd probably rather be at a show. We do our best to get your merch out the door as fast as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for processing and shipping, especially during busy periods or around festival season.

Once your package is on its way, all that's left to do is stalk your mailbox and crank some tunes.
