From now on, we will use the advanced ticketing platform TICKOWEB for all our events.
For many events, you can safely sell your tickets through TicketSwap. We therefore recommend selling your tickets only through this secure platform. Important: the organizer may decide to prohibit resale or block it for specific tickets (e.g., when they are personalized).
The organizer is not obliged to grant you a refund. According to the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Belgian Law on the Right of Withdrawal, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to services with a specific date or period, such as concerts, festivals, sporting events, and other events.If you purchased cancellation insurance with your tickets, please check your confirmation email for further instructions.
Do not bring your own drinks. Drinking water in reusable plastic bottles is allowed. Free drinking water is also provided.
