GOOD RIDDANCE (us)

As one of the leaders of the melodic punkrock/hardcore pack of the 90's, Good Riddance has always convinced both the more poppy as well the more hardcore punkrockers. Fast paced, heavy guitar parts end up in bittersweet choruses about love, the social system and politics. Their strong live reputation has made them into a much welcomed guest on European stages throughtout the years. A Belgian clubshow however, well, that has been ages. Until now, sooo, ready to singalong?

Hardcore/punk from with a touch of garage/rock 'n roll to keeps things swinging! Surprisingly, they have managed to blend the straightforward classic 1982-style hardcore sound of Minor Threat, Circle Jerks, Jerry’s Kids with a '77 punk attitude into a fresher sound that leaves no one standing still.

We have the honor and distinct pleasure to invite all of you to an evening with the best melodic hardcore band of their generation and beyond. They got this badge, partly so due to the great vocals of their ex-front man Zoli, let’s not kid ourselves. In comes a certain monsieur Eli Santana, who surprised not only their own fans but just about anybody, by not only getting on with the job at hand, but by putting in a renewed focus and a dose of multi vitamins into the band. Starting off as it should be with a brand new record and just calling it ‘Ignite’. How’s that for a statement, ‘nuff said. Don’t miss out on this one ladies and gents!
