Do you offer refunds for event tickets?
The organizer is not obliged to grant you a refund. According to the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Belgian Law on the Right of Withdrawal, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to services with a specific date or period, such as concerts, festivals, sporting events, and other events.
